Client Services Account Manager is responsible for the complete client relationship of Dependable Solutions Inc. (DSI) with both new and existing clients.
Why this role is special
We're building the next generation of customer support, and we're looking for our first-minute hire in SF, initially focused on building our CSM team here. This is a big role for us – you'll shape how we bring Sales, Marketing, and CSM talent into the team, help grow our presence in SF, and set the tone for how we scale from here.

What you'll do
- Partner with your clients to support their long-term goals and key objectives
- Nurture existing client relationships and develop new ones on multiple levels including users and stakeholders within the client's organization
- Conduct periodic client audits. Make recommendations based on findings
- Identify additional revenue streams within the client base
- Collaborate with other departments to meet existing, new, and future client needs
- Travel to clients and DSI events locally and internationally as required

This won't be the right role if you...
- Are uncomfortable with ambiguity. We have some really exciting traction but are still an early stage and are constantly learning and trying new things as our company grows.
- Are looking for a Head of Sales role. There is a lot of growth opportunity to scale like this, but right now we need someone who is excited by closing individual deals and helping us to keep up with our growing pipeline.
- Want to work within a larger sales team where there's layers of SDRs and SEs supporting you. You'll be hands-on across the full cycle.
- Don't enjoy working with product or engineering. Our sales process is very product-driven from start to finish.
- Expect all the perks of a big company. We're a Series A stage startup and are competitive in what we offer at our stage, but it's a different role and opportunity than working at an established tech company.
